There you go again, I just love your open foregrounds with cobblestoned streets or prominent snowbanks settin off the lovely buildings behind.

Great black and white shots. Love all textures from the buildings down to the details in the coble stones. Smiles B

Love the B&W, i would like to know what they use to remove the snow there? and how does it effect the cobble stones? They use a liquid ice melt here on the roads and snow plows but does a number on the roads after while.Your roads look very clean

Time stands still in a most photogenic way. I can hear the snow melting.

These are wonderful images, the black and white makes room for imagination. Your world, these images are so different from mine and I enjoy having a peak. Thank you.

B & W is a perfect choice for a gray day and this is a beautiful series John. Details are crisp as always

fantastic buildings and streets - a photographer's dream

This looks like nobody lives there. Almost sort of a ghostly wild west town. But without the ghosts and the wild west ;-) Beautiful pictures, lovely in the black&white. If you posted the same photos in colour we would probably not recognize them ;-)

Drammen har sine sider - synd folk ser på byen som ett veikryss. Flott fanget.

I absolutely love your photos. Seeing beautiful pictures of someplace in Europe is quite refreshing for someone living in Ohio. Nicely done.

Black and white works even better on a gray day when colors are pretty much muted anyway. Great contrast and tonal range in these!
