My thoughts went as following:
#1: Beautiful, nice and gentle. But I miss that spice, the specific "John-contrast" that makes me go all oooos and aaaaahs in my mind.
#2: Aaaaah, now we're talking!! Wild, deep, cold and moving... I think to myself that this one is probably going to my favourite tonight.

...and then I scroll down (the Niger internet leaves room for anticipation as it takes time to load!)...

#3: !!! BEAUTIFUL! Glowing sunshine on icecold water! All that contrast... All that width...

I find myself still smiling!

Love, love, love these, but mostly the last one with the sunset on the water.

Again, there is so much texture in your work. I think if I lived anywhere near you, I'd have to tag along and watch how you capture these photos!

Flott flott flott. Bra komposisjon.

De to siste er bare sååå beroligende. Litt kaldt men dog :-)

Brilliant photos once again John, the first one is my favourite.

Have a great weekend!

:) Happy SkyWatch.

Awesome! I really need to find another word to use when I come here. :)
Your shots always make my Sky Watch trip around the world all the more worthwhile!

You have the eye for perspective. The nature may be there but you brought it to us. Thanks.

All three photos charmed me, John! I LOVE the way you and Lene get down low to take some of your photos. I'm going to try that! (But I might wait till the ground is a bit warmer.) The boards in your first photo look so lo-o-ong. I like that.

The reflections in your next two photos are outstanding.

a beautiful trio of shots.like the depth and texture in the first and the second draws one in through the clouds and the last of course is beautiful with the reflection.

have a great weekend.

Oh my gosh! You take my breath away! I am simply pleasantly stunned. You are very talented.

esnorway said...

I thought the first one was a show stopper, love the lines and angles that make it up. But then I saw the second and the third... you just blow my mind with these.
