Well done... I thought about this last week but I went with the clouds that formed.. great set of pictures and shows just how easy or how hard a sky watch picture can be.

Thank you
Tom

Looks like they were having a good time up there! :)
I loved your photos from Easter in Spain as well.

I'm not very found of travelling by plane, but I do consider that plane trails on the sky always give us the chance of taking great photos.
Just like you did here.

Really captured the feeling in your skies of the aircraft.

You got some fancy ones. I recently took a photo of 4 in a row almost parallel to each other and two of the planes were still in view.

Utrolig flotte bilder!!

Nice catches with your camera!

I'll come here more, this is a place for relax!

Hei igjen John!
Takk for koselig kommentar hos meg, spes. ang. nøtteliten-serien:)

*Nydelig bakgrunnsmusikk her!

Hilsen meg over elva(",)

HI John,

Thanks for visiting my blog. To answer your question...no, that image was not an HDR image. Although I have many HDR images, this one only appears to be HDR with the post processing I did in Adobe Lightroom. I also did some sharpening which has the tendency to give the photo a "drawing" like effect.

I enjoyed browsing through your blog. Keep up the excellent work.

Cheers,
Scotty

Wow, that was a lot of jets. It made for a beautiful photo.

I am always interested in the shapes these trails form. You caught some nice ones.

Contrails are so cool! I love it when the atmosphere is just right and the contrails remain for a while. It looks like children have taken markers and scribbled all over the sky.
